High waist skirt with gabardine fabric. It has two side pockets tucked into the seams. On the left side has a lock invisible to the color. It has an elastic almost at the bottom of the skirt that allows volume and the desired “balloon”, the elastic should be placed on top of the Knee. The interior of the piece contains a lining of the same fabric. Made in Portugal.
